Auction and script installation

Sub-categorization: There are currently categories only. I want to create subcategories. Localization: I want to create locations and sub-locations. The categories and subcategories should be based on locations. Marquee: Top page marquee. I want registered users to be able to post comments to scrolling marquee. Contact us integration: There is currently a contact us page. But it is on a separate window. I want the contact us page to open on the website. Price options: At the moment I can change the price from the Admin. However, i want users to be able to enter any price they want. Auction: I want to give users the option of making their Ads an auction. Front page view: Normal view and auction view Payment: I want to charge users for posting Ads, including Featured Ads. Paypal and Featured Ads functions are already integrated into the website. Online Paypal payment: Paypal payment is already integrated into the website, allowing me to collect online payment. However i want users to directly receive online payment into their Paypal account. I want to be able to approve/disable this function of any particular user from the Admin. Install PHPLIST ([login to view URL]), Wibiya ([login to view URL]) and OPENINVITER ([login to view URL]) Facebook like and Facebook comment: Facebook is already integrated into the website. I want facebook like and facebook comment on every Ad.
