Auto Subdomain Script Fix

I have a simple php script that allows me to add subdomains to a text file. Ideally, When I access the script in the browser the subdomains are created and at that time files are copied to each subdomain that is added from the text file. The script is very close to working. I run the script and instead of just copying the files I add to the subskeleton folder in the script, it copies all files in public_html. I need it to just create the subs and to only add the files in the subskeleton folder in the script. If you believe you can get this script fixed then please bid.
