CMS and Ecommerce solution for Template shop

We are looking for a clone for Templatemonster.com. Website management system to manage the website content, which must include: Ecommerce/Shopping Cart software compatible with [login to view URL] and customized according to our requirements, 2-tire Affiliate Program, Authors Management Program. All parts must function as a website and be based on the templates (if we change the design in one file, all the parts of the website which use this template must be affected with this change) Ecommerce/Shopping Cart – add, store, edit and search the list of our products, customer registration and sending data to [login to view URL] for further processing. When adding products, authors for each product must be added. Affiliate program: registration of successful sales generated by affiliates, sales approval or cancellation by admin, 2-tire of affiliates, affiliates must be able to view their sales statistics, payments issued and current month total payment. We need affiliates to send visitors to our website in 2 ways: 1. via banners and links 2. via the pages integrated into affiliate websites that display the updated catalog of our products. Admin must be able to setup different percentage rates for different affiliates. Authors Management Program: Template authors must be able to view statistics of their templates sales and commissions earned. Admin must be able to setup different percentage rates for different authors. We do not expect the full project to be coded from scratch. Most web developers have ready-to-use modules for eCommerce applications more or less suitable to our needs. If you do have such modules, then you will need to add affiliate and author programs to our project.
