CPR Class Website Directory/Class Scheduler

Summary This project is for the website: www.cprclass.org. I want someone to program, using PHP this site by turning it into an international CPR training directory website. I want for CPR Instructors and First Aid Instructors as well as other healthcare professionals who can post classes they have available while students can sign up for the classes right online. I want for there to be an optional payment module setup in an administration area where I can decide what fees may go with certain transactions involving payment for classes. For this project I would recommend utilizing a community-type script to make your job easier, more efficient and cleaner looking. A quick word about ad placement---I need to keep the same SEO and ad placement with pictures for all pages. This includes the header area that has the google ads and link units and ambulance pictures. Requirements: 1. Setup a working Company or “Instructor” login area. a. There will be a preview section of the services the company will obtain after registering their company. b. The company will be required to register and provide details or information regarding their training center. i. The information required will include information currently on [login to view URL] 1. I will have the option to add or delete these fields in the administrative section. ii. The information will also include their paypal address to receive payment for classes. c. The company will have the option to decorate their page and personalize the name of their page i.e [login to view URL] i. The company shall have the option of adding pictures (size controlled) to promote their business. d. The company will have the option to add, delete or change classes to offer for students. This will include the type of class, payment, location, etc… i. I will review this section to ensure the correct information. ii. I will have the option to add or remove features in the administrative section regarding these options. e. The company will be required to upgrade their membership after reaching a certain threshold of paypal payments based upon a yearly subscription which shall be required when initially registering. i. If there is any confusion regarding this requirement, I will provide clarification. 2. Setup a working Search for Classes Area. a. Here the user will have the option to search for certain classes which include: i. CPR, First Aid, Pet First Aid, ACLS, PALS, First Responder, EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-P; 1. There should be an option here where I will be able to add and remove these options in the admin area. b. Here the user will have the option to search for classes throughout the world. i. The database should populate all 50 states and make a fill-in area for the cities. US. European countries and Canada should be added to this section. ii. I should have the option in admin to add or delete these fields. c. The user will have the option to search by vicinity of zipcode within miles. d. The user will have the option to search a date range for classes 3. The searcher will have the option to sign up for specific classes. a. A paypal integration module will be included in this section for the user to pay the Company or Instructor offering the class directly. i. The system will count the number of times a company receives payment via Paypal for classes. This information will be entered into a database table and linked with the Company/Instructor section. b. The user will be provided with contact information for the company or instructor where they signed up for the class. c. The user will have the option to find the class location through an interactive google map/app which will give the exact location using their google maps program. 4. The body/content area will look more professional and dynamic. Please buy some good looking graphics to place on these pages---visual information is very important for this project’s success Payment: I will pay 10% upon beginning the project, another 15-30% when 50% done and the final 60-75% when the project is complete. If there are other reasonable costs associated, please let me know as soon as possible and we will negotiate an additional release of funds.
