CRE Loaded Auto Parts (Make/Model/Year)

I am in need of a 3 Combo Box Drop-Down for Make --> Model -- Year of vehicle, just like they have on all Auto Parts web sites. I want the session to be saved on the vehicle search and the option to clear the session search if they want to choose another vehicle.

CRE Loaded has Product Extra Fields contribution already built-in so I would like to utilize those fields for me to enter the Make, Model, Year since it's already there. (Unless there's a better suggestion)

I would like for there to be an option to mark whether an item is Universal so it will show up for any vehicle.

If possible, I'd like this coding to act as an Infobox so that I can easily add/remove/include in my current design, basically a flexible code that is straightforward and does not go against the flow of the current CRE Loaded.

I'm sure you've seen this type of project plenty so someone in this expertise show me some examples and I'll take them into consideration. Thank you. P.S (I see there's a YMM contribution in the Oscommerce site, if it's possible please incorporate to my Clean Cre Loaded Installation)
