Custom Blog Fixes

I have two problems I need fixed. - Feature Thumbnails (if you scroll through some of the navigation pages [ex: [login to view URL]], you'll notice some of the thumbnails are cutoff with black bars on the right side). This did not used to do this, it just started happening one day (either WP Upgrade or Server Move). I need for all of the thumbnails to fill the whole area, but still resize correctly and look proper in proportion. - Something in WP called "Write Panels" is broken. I used it to create blogs for people (assigning capabilities to them to only post in their respective category so when they post it goes into their blog and doesn't show up elsewhere). The ones that I created are still working, but something is wrong and when I create new ones, nothing happens, it doesn't create them. You'll see after you create it, it doesn't actually show up.
