db work/forum within page layout

A breif Story of my Situation I created [login to view URL] with the hopes of having it be a site all in its own, but with feedback decided it would be better to create a portal to DopeorJoke.com. So that users would trust the network, and use [login to view URL] as a "feature." So I recently bought the URL AfterSkate.com. This site will be something of the likes of [login to view URL], an online skate community. I need [login to view URL]'s database to be in cahoots with the Database of [login to view URL]; that the freelancer will be creating through the installation of a BB. It is the freelancers choice to alter [login to view URL]'s queries to match that of the BB, or vice versa. [login to view URL] will be a "mod" of [login to view URL], just at different domains. Both sites are on the same server, but under different Addons [through the use of sub domains]. Through this modification, users should be able to: Login on Both Sites with the same User/Pass Be able to go from one site to another and remain logged in. Specifics ~ Project languages involved are PHP and mysql. If any other languages need to be used, it should be very little. ~ I will be creating the design for [login to view URL], all the freelancer will be doing with the forum interface is integrating it into the page layout. Please refer to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] No use of a Portal Mod will be necessary or allowed This Should be a fairly easy task to complete ~ The freelancer will have the choice of installing one of these 3 scripts for the BB: Simple Machines, phpBB or YaBB. Please choose on the level of efficiently and ease of merging these scripts. ~The two sites will have the same members area, so again choose the BB which will have the best compatability for doing this. Also keep in mind, that I will be adding more sites to this network, and I must be able to add their control panel to this control panel with ease. ~On the page where the forum is embedded, I need to be able to change the layout easily. ~The Database must run fast and efficiently, please keep in mind this is a forum, and I want to ensure that it flows fast. ~This project will be completed without completly compromising security. Timeline of Freelancers Progress 1. Install Forum Script 2. Put forum within page layout [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 3. Plan out the most efficient way to complete the merging of sites. Tweak to make it fast and efficient 4. Execute merging. 5. Debug This should not take more than 1 month. The project will be started on the 1st of February and Be finished the 1st day of March. Agreements between the Freelancer and I 1. The payment will be paid in full at the end of the project, due to past freelancer experience I will no longer do 50/50 payments. 2. Freelancer wil fix any damage to site that he/she causes by doing project, at no extra charge. 3. Freelancer will complete job at proposed price, even if it takes longer than expected. 4.
