Create and Install Private Forum on website

I require a forum within the members area of my website. [login to view URL] The forum is for the members of the website (approx. 40) to leave messages for other members. Each member must be able to post messages from their individual login landing page as well as view all messages posted by other members, through a scroll down screen. The forum must not display multiple threads. The forum/ all scripts pages must be hosted on the same server as the website. (Webcity Australia -CPanel). The forum is to only be available to members that have logged onto their landing page. Each post must automatically recognise and display the members name from the landing page posted. Only people who are able to complete such a project need apply. Project includes; 1. creation of script 2. installation of the script Payment will be given once script is completely operational on website.
