I need someone to run my e-commerce web site for 3-4 hours/day, M-F. The site sells office furniture and office equipment in the U.S. The the hours should be about 9-12 noon PST. Duties include answering customer calls. Calls will be inquiries about products, shipping quotes and some damage item issues. checking for fraud. Other duties are processing orders both from the web site and offline (some people order over the phone, with a CC form or with a Purchase order), obtaining freight quotes from a few vendors, e-mailing that to the customer, and following up with a sale. Also needed is taking care of damaged items for customers, handling returns, tracking back-orders, and sending shipping notices to customers (some of this will be automated when you complete the order). You will need to be familiar with the CMS in Magento, Quickbooks (just for PO and customer entry) speak English very well, be organized, courteous and care about the customers.

Hello, I am an American owner/operator of a bilingual call center in Medellin, Colombia. Most of my agents are from the US or Canada and have little or no accent. What I propose is to give you one or more dedicated agents that can handle all of your needs. I have several other customers that I give the same virtual assistant/customer service to and they are very pleased. My hourly rate ($6.50/Hour) includes one fully bilingual agent that has moderate computer/Internet/chat skills, a work station (MS Windows computer, 20/20 Mb fiber optic internet, software based phone, Microsoft Office), all inbound/outbound phone costs are included as well as a personalized PBX system that I can create for you, and all work will be done from my facility. I am a college trained accountant and I know QB as well as Magento. I will train the agent in Sales P.O.'s, registering sales, accounts receivables and account aging/customer payment reminder calls. You may have direct access to this agent via phone, Skype, email, etc. All calls may be recorded for your security.
