Basic People Portrait Photo Retouching

Hello, we are a photo studio in Los Angeles and are looking for someone that can retouch our client's photos. It is basic portrait retouching:
get rid of blemishes
eye bags
stray hairs
lessen wrinkles
lighten and sharpen eyes
even out background if it looks very uneven
whiten teeth and eye whites a little
Each one should not take you more than 15-20 min to do. I was paying someone in India $3.00 each to do but they can no longer do these. Currently I have about 25-30 to do and need them done by Sunday.
They are regular people portrait pictures not fashion retouching. So its basic easy stuff. I just don't have the time to do them. If you do a good job, we will send you all our pics to retouch regularly and can keep a part time status with us.
Please include photo samples of before and after retouching you've done to be considered. I have attached a sample of what the pictures will look like. This one has been retouched already. Thanks!
