Change text in PDF in two hours

Hi, Warning: I awarded this bid earlier to a designer who failed to finish the project. He was able to edit the desired text using Illustrator. However, when he saved the file, the text in the red strip came out the wrong size. He could not fix this problem. Please bid only if you are 100% confident you can make the new page look exactly like the attached page, except for the specific changes listed below. These are the specific text replacements.
