Custom Images and Sliders Required for Android TV Box Website

Hello, I require extensive help for my website homepage. I need quality, someone who understands the projects. I have written all of the requirements for the custom images. I require someone who is artistic and can focus on my vision which will impact the quality and outcome of the images.
