I've already done similar things a lot- please review a pen like device from my portfolio, it was developed with my friend from Intel(yes which makes processors) – so you can estimate level of implementation. About your project: all your tasks are easy to perform, just needed to clarify the following. - operating conditions - battery life - changeable/non-changeable battery - custom/series enclosure - software required/not required - speaker characteristics - overall size Actually, for hardware design I need 2000USD and about a week. We can provide the complete schematic design, PCB Layout, CAD Design(If required for custom enclosure), software, firmware design and we also have a factory onsite where we can produce prototypes. Deliverables would include: All design files, software and/or firmware where required, manufacturing files, 2xprototype PCB's. I work as R&D engineer for a custom design hardware development company. I am expert in the wireless technologies especially Bluetooth (BLE) and WiFi. I already developed for another client BLE CSR1000 based iBeacon module with diameter 40mm. The BLE module is Li battery powered and include temperature and humidity sensors. I developed and Android based application for the remote management of the module. The module is fully workable and cover more than 70% of your requirements.
