Dear Employer,
I have already done a project like this. I have designed and implemented a controlling system for industrially used transformer winding machine (see my portfolio) and it works properly.
It has a 3-phase motor and an inverter (Fuji FVR-G7S-EX) to drive the motor. The inverter has an analog input to control the speed, normally it uses a potentiometer to vary the speed manually. I have designed a circuit convert digital PWM signal to the analog voltage to vary speed by the MCU.
It also uses 0V to 10V. My circuit capable to driving motor lowest speed (0.6Hz) on zero duty cycle and highest speed (60Hz) on 255 duty cycle.
I have used small no. of components available in a market.
I have used MOSFET to get the maximum range of motor speed.
I have used Opto-Coupler to isolate the microcontroller and inverter. It important to properly work micro-controller in a noisy environment without unwanted resets and error running.
Actually I am sure that this circuit reliable and I hope to match you want.
If you have any doubts don’t hesitate to contact me. I am a new member to FreeLancer. So if has some problems with communication sorry for these. And I like to do this job for the minimum cost. Thank you.
