Hi my name is Terry, I am a mechanical engineer with over 30 years experience. I have just completed a plastic molding project, designing a housing for a medical device. Just like your project I have signed a NDA so I can not give you a lot of INFO about the project or even show you pics of the completed assembly, however I have prepared 3 screenshots of the top cover that shows you two solidworks analysis a Draft Angle and Undercut analysis and a shot of the front of the top cover. This project is a device that is made out of ABS plastic and is an ejection molded product. We had the molds made in China which was a challenge in its own right. They turned out great and the first proofs from the molds had only a few minor adjustments that needed to be made. Any plastic molding and plastic design is possible, but you need to specify the type of Industry. In freelance I am new, but the the drawing which I have prepared for some of my clients and I am not suppose to send my client drawing to you, I am ready to sign an agreement, and not sharing other information is the basic professional ethics. If you have any doubt of what I am capable of please feel free to revert. And number of quantity is not mentioned so it may be varied after details of freeze of scope of work.

I have worked with many projects, from clients' idea, my modifications,prototyping, mold building to project that started from zero to finished product. I have pictures and Solidworks drawings from latest project where I participated. The cost can differ from what is your specific need for this project. If its just 3D design of mold? If it's about modeling, and mold making then the price varies by the mold size. The same thing is about timing. I own a company so we can make a contract for this deal.
