Looking for the perfect Charcoal chicken & Garlic sauce recipe similar to El Jannah in Granville and a solution to get rid of the strong garlic kick taste out of the sauce like El Jannah have done.
Please don't copy and paste recipes or just look for them through the internet because i have looked through and tried most of them online and i will know, hence why im on freelancer as my last solution and to ask a real person.

I am a chef and I already have a traditional Toum (garlic sauce) recipe that I have used a number of times. And it can easily be tweaked so it has no pungent garlic taste, there is a simple way I always use to get rid of most of the sulfuric compounds in garlic that give it that strong taste.
