Design concept for a precision fluid dispensing system

I am a mechanical engineer working in the field of industrial design and manufacture of parts from steel, aluminum, plastic, iron, rubber, wood and others. I have 25 years of manufacturing experience in automotive company, mainly engaged in designing and manufacturing of machines and machine elements, measuring devices and technology, tooling and instrumental equipment, production of large parts and many others. But I'm also designed and manufactured components for the manufacture of boilers, radiators, heaters, transport packaging, machinery for the food and pharmaceutical industries, agriculture, mining and others.
