China based contact for sales request to our suppliers

We are looking for a reliable contact in China that can assist us in our import of products from our suppliers. We have about 5 sales reps that followup on company leads, thes sales reps are under contract but we would like to involve more sales reps that are free of contract and can request pricings with our suppliers on our behalf. You would mainley work short periodes of time, Emails would be recieved by you on a company email address hosted on Microsoft exchange servers and you would relay these to several of our suppliers. Once you recieve pricing you would fill out a short form on our website for each supplier noting their pricing for the project. You would then select the best pricing from the list of suppliers (we have 5 suppliers) and relay that information to our sales representative who will present it to their client. After the sales rep has approved the pricing you would then place the order with the corresponding supplier which you can track back in our online system. Also sometimes 2 or 3 emails need to be axchanged to go over the artwork, the client provides this artwork and in 90% of the case the supplier can redraw it and send it back to you in which case you should relay it to the sales rep. In the other 10% we will have to call in an artist untill we have enough work to hire someone full time for this work in our offices. We will also setup a complete database with a FAQ section so all problems can be logged and workflow can be streamlined with each order or problem that rises to our attention. The emails are short and easy to understand. Your skills should include: Email and web knowlidge Englisch and Chinese. Plus points but not manditory are Dutch French or German as extra languages. knowhow of Coreldraw or Illustrator Knowhow of lapel pins and medals, sales or production. In the future we would also like to expand this service if it proves to be working and have you collect the orders from our suppliers and export them by UPS / FEDEX / DHL or TNT to our address. The main reason we want to work this way is to protect our contact information from our suppliers vs our sales reps. We now do about 5 requests per day and this will be a steady number for the near future. Our orders consists os lapel pins and sports medals. If you are intersted in this offering please bid.
