create iPad/iPod Touch app and Android App based on a book.

I need an app created--the same one for iPad/iPod Touch and Android--to help promote a book. It will contain some tips and pages for the book.

The app will contain:

-the cover of the book (the front page of the app)

-3 sets of tips about dealing with self-harm

-a myths test (myths on self-harm, people answer true or false and see their score and the real answers at the end of the test).

-an excerpt of the 1st 5 pages of of book

-a summary of the book

-link to [url removed, login to view], Barnes and Noble, IndieBound, Book Depository, and [url removed, login to view] to buy the book, link to my website and blog.

I think in that order, but not sure. Maybe also include an article i wrote on dealing with self-harm (but it's long), or a definition of self-harm.

And I would like it to look nice. Maybe something like very faint clouds/sky in background.

Perhaps it's not so much an app as a collection of written materials and some links, formatted to be accessible to iPad/iTunes and Android phones. Plus the myths-true-and-false test which needs coding.

Any other ideas to make it a valuable app appreciated. I want to give the app away for free, and I want it to help promote the book, but also I want it to be something people use that has value, like the tips on dealing with self-harm.

I also need the finished app posted to iTunes and Android, and screenshots that I can put on my website and blog.
