Looking for a German speaking Co-creation designer! The co-creation designer is a hybrid figure, using skills and methods derived from design, consumer market research, ethnography and human factors. The co-creation designer is a creative with an analytical mind, observing, probing and participating in a social habitat. Her or his objective is to determine the key conditions for people to massively join in a productive collaborative exercise. What makes people engage and exchange valuable experiences and ideas? Summing up, a co-creation designer is a conceptual thinker looking for fertile ground for co-creation. The co-creation designer operates in a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, social tech specialists, designers and community managers. The co-creation designer works at the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving field of expertise and has a pioneering spirit to match. The candidate needs to be fluent in German, as most projects are DACH-based. The candidate has a minimum of four years of expertise in a leading research, innovation or design consultancy. The candidate has a master´s degree in design or social sciences, obtained at a renowned university.
