I have read through my HOA (Home Owner Associations) agreement contract that I signed when purchasing my home. The recently started enforcing some parking violation rules. I believe I do not apply to them due to 4.1.21 (a) the vehicle is required to be available at designated periods at the person's residence as a condition of the person's employment; My vehicle is a work vehicle I am curious if I am correct about this statue before contacting them.
