Need help with contracts for a property management company. MUST KNOW APPFOLIO property management software. Need to review approximately 50 rental contracts, view for correct dates to expire, update system, insure proper monthly lease fees are generated. This will only take up to four hours a month. I need a strong candidate experienced in real estate, property management and Appfolio software willing to take on this role with my client. Please respond with your experience and availability.

I am a former attorney with over 30 years experience in various fields of law, including property, leasing, real estate closings, etc. I have prepared hundreds of contracts and leased for clients. I currently am also involved in property management on several residential properties. I am not familiar with the APPFOLIO program you mentioned, but I can not imagine that I could not get up to speed on its' use very quickly.
