We want to develop a Pilot (Prototype) App for the following 3 operations: 1) Image Upload 2) Automated Image Conversions (resizing) 3) Image Preview For Image Storage we want to use Google Cloud Storage. For Tables we want CloudSQL, the App itself must be developed on Google App engine. As for the dev language we want to use Python (for App Engine). The detailed specs with the intended Data structures are attached.

Hi, I have gone through your application requirement and I believe I will be able to work on your requirement. Here are the reasons below : 1) I have been using python almost for 3 years and GAE for 2 years. I have utilised the power of NDB asynchronous api\'s and memcache provided by GAE to bring down the cost of the app running. 2) In NDB Datastore, I have used projection queries to bring down the cost by \"7 times\". 3) I have used Django framework for the templates,forms,etc to fasten the development work. 4) I have used blobstore to store the images on google app engine.
