ODOO Platform build and customization for the following organization structure

Our company currently runs two manufacturing plants in the US and China. Customization needed

1. ODOO Manufacturing Add on that allows taking inventory of purchased parts from other vendor or parts manufactured from our production.

2. Able to take in inventory of parts interchangeable for a finished product SKU on the same design platform or color variation.

3. Inventoried parts sub-categorized under SKU of a assembled and finished product.

4. Inventoried parts sub-sku can be assigned the point of manufacturing.

5. Low threshold alerts the production in which the parts are produced or purchased to ramp up production and fulfill the low inventory level.

6. ODOO App on inner company communication i.e Plant A to Plant B and vice versa. Inner Company communication which management at our headquarter will be able to monitor.

Warehousing and distribution of finished manufactured products.

1. Inventory of incoming or finished goods.

2. Warehouse and inventory management.

3. Real time inventory management across wholesale channel and online retail channels (Brick and Mortar in house sale, online wholesale site Magento, online retail site Magento and, third party marketplace such as Amazon, ebay, overstock, sears, walmart, and etc.)

4. Shipping, packing, and logistic.

5. Inventory control and scanning tools

Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support


1. Invoicing and Billing on finished goods or parts assembly

2. Account receivable and payable

3. Purchasing and procurement

4. Estimates and Price Quote

5. Billing and invoicing OEM manufacturing for other companies

6. Shipping and logistic

7. Inner company communication

8. Administrative roles, functions, and features

Customer Service

1. Support Tickets

2. Warranty registration

3. Chat with representative before or after the sales

4. Shipping, packing, logistic on product replacement and or returns

5. Able to communicate multi-directional with Warehouse, sales, and technical support

1. Support Ticket and tracking

2. Shipping, packing, and logistic of replacement or returns on defective goods

Again must have functionality in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
