CAD drawing with dimensions for fishing lure

I need some CAD drawings done on a fishing lure I have developed. It is important to have all dimensions clearly represented on the drawings. Additionally, I would like to be able to input the specs from the CAD drawings into a 3D printer and make the lure with tight tolerances. The lure measures a length of 4 1/2" in a straight line, not following the arch. Looking down on the lure, it's width at it's widest point is 11/16" and 5/16" at the narrowest point at each end prior to the radiused rounded ends. Looking at the side view, the lure measures 7/16".The sponge shown is 2 1/2" long, 1/4" wide and 3/16" deep and is used to soak up liquid scent which is injected into the 1/8" diameter hole on the bottom of the lure (not the side as shown in a couple of the drawings) and closed up with a rubber grommet. With the lure placed on a flat surface and each end touching the flat surface, the arch of the lure measures 5/8" from the flat surface up to the bottom of the lure at the tallest part of the arch. The hooks are a #2 treble hook (diameter of 1 1/8" across). In the "ExpandedviewSuperBait" attached file, the yellow "waterproof net" is not needed for these drawings and will not be used in the end product. In the "super bait_1" file, the metal loops at both ends should be metal color and the red dot at one end is the head of the lure and should be a 3d fish eye. The fish eye should also be on the bottom side of the head of the lure. I do not own CAD software so the drawings need to be in a format that I can see and print. I have attached a photo of some very similar lures to my design. The difference is that my lure does not open and there are no hinges which can break. For those interested in more work, I have also attached a couple files for another lure I am developing. The files are call LivingFlatFish. This lure measures 5" long and has an arch of 13/16" measured with the lure on a flat surface with both ends touching the flat surface, from the flat surface up to the bottom of the lure at the tallest part of the arch. The width of the lure (in top view) is 1 1/4" at the front end just prior to beginning the radiused rounded head. The width of the tail of the lure is 11/16". The depth of the lure is thickest at 3/4" and approximately 2" from the tail of the lure. The thickness tapers to about 1/2" at the point going toward the head where the fishing line attaches to the lure where the lure has a slight concave or cupped shaped used to make the lure dive in the water while trolling.
