Many people are deterred from cycling by practical reasons such as safety and hygiene when they choose not to cycle to work. These problems can be dealt with by implementing related facilities, it is especially so regarding the issue of safety, which partly arises due to the lack of dedicated road space for cyclists. To alleviate the lack of access to cycling infrastructure in Singapore, we intend to design a facility catered to cyclists, in the hope that having such facilities in Singapore will make the country more bicycle friendly and hence elevating cycling from being merely an activity for leisure to being a viable mode of transport. The features include: Bicycle Parking Facility Atas Cafe Showering Facility Changing cum Locker Room and Toilet Bicycle Sharing Outlet The Office We do not need an extremely sophisticated sketchup - just a simple one with the basic features included.

I'll really like to get a chance to get this working. I have a experience as a designer and as a cyclist. Here in Holland its normall to ride your bike to work or other destination.
