The 2d drawings are awesome. I need about 20 days for doing this project. But if it is urgent I could do this faster. I'm Eugeniu Zmeu, Romanian, currently I live in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. I'm drawing and modeling architecture, interior design, 3d objects using 3ds MAX and rendering with VRay engine. Also I'm working in ArchiCAD and Photoshop. I'm going to model this building using AutoCAD and 3dsMAX+VRay. We will obtain a realistic result. I had privilege to work with talented architects from USA and 3D artists from Russia. Also I did projects for France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UAE, Australia. I saw the 2d drawings.. they are suitable to do it. The price of work will be negotiated.. no problem.. the time of work too. It seems that you need 1 hi-res, hi-quality rendering of the exterior of your building (with trees, plants, background etc). 300$ budget is just fine for this kind of work.
