Hello, I'm a professional 3D artist from Europe. I'm interested in long term collaborations. I have a lot years of practice in 3D modelling, rendering etc. I have been working as a freelancer for a few years so I have experience in working with people between large distances. Regarding the prices, - house exterior, including materials, lighting, site details (grass, bushes, trees) - 80 - 150 USD, depending on the complexity. - single room, including floor, wall, and ceiling finishes + light setup - 40 USD. NOTE: The price of the furniture has to be discussed separately. If you have your own furniture designs, 1 model (sofa, bookshelf etc) will cost 20-40 USD. With time we will create a library of finished models which we will use for future rooms and floor plans. Reusing the models from this library is free. -floor plan, including floor, wall and ceiling finishes - 60-100 USD, depending on the complexity. Time frame - 2-3 days for the first preview, 1-2 days for corrections and revisions, 1 day for rendering. The price of a render with a FullHD (1920x1080) resolution is included in the above-mentioned prices. For rendering I use Rebus Farm so making images with a very high resolution won't be a problem, the price for these renders will be the same as on Rebus Farm.
