DNA Art Business Model Generation

I am in the process of creating a business plan for creating DNA Art. There are several other businesses that do this today (just google DNA Art) and I have researched many of them. What seems to escape me is being able to find a means to do the entire process on the spot. Today, all the companies who do this service send you a DNA kit which you swab your cheek and send back to a lab that does the DNA extraction via Gel electrophoresis (which is a technique used for the separation of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)). Since you need to mail back the DNA kit, the process takes several weeks to complete. Since I want to be able to do this a trade shows, etc, I need to be able to either find cheap suppliers of this service or a means to purchase a very economical machine to do this extraction on the spot so I can print the DNA Art and give it to someone while they wait. Your job will be to provide me with several options to these two items.
