Competent Website Content Writer(s) needed

Job Title: Competent Website Content Writer(s) needed (for Oil & Gas, Civil Constructions, Marine and Offshore Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)

I am looking for a competent writer (or a group writers) who possess the following attributes,

i) ability to write with efficiency and efficacy in an ad hoc manner (maximum time is within 3 days)

ii)highly discipline and can achieve their goals within time

iii) highly eloquent and capable in writing in English

I have a website which requires content related to theme which I've placed on the Job Title.

Moreover, the target audience will be in a both layman and technical term; therefore, the writer(s) should be very competent in this field (mentioned on the Job title).

One who possess experience (or even, an education related to the one mentioned on the Job Title) will surely be an added advantage.
