Article Submission and Accpetance

This project is to submit a website to 100 good directories with a guaranteed quick acceptance. (I am not interested in the normal submit to 1000 directories, where there is little guarantee that any submittion will be accepted or have any value, service). The submitions must be manual (not automated) The directories must be UK, USA, Canada, Australian based. Not india pakisthan etc, where English is not the main language. The directory and the pages where the link will be placed, must be indexed and spidered by Google. The link must not be nofollow I want the link to be the domain i.e. [login to view URL], no keywords to be used. I want the work to spread over 3 weeks minimum. I do not want the work to be done in a day or 2, 3 days, there needs to be a few directories submitted every day. I can only see this project being suitable to someone who already has a list of directories, they know accepts submitions quickly. These directories must be on different c class ip addresses
