build list of forums and post on regular basis

We are a small company looking to make acquisitions in the current environment. Our focus is on multiple different industries. We require someone to build us a list of as many forums that relate to the business areas we choose to explore. You would be required to give us regularly updated list of these forums, addresses, email address for postings etc. - we will own the list. We will then require the person to post our desired advertisement at these forums on the maximum frequency that each forum permits to gain continuous coverage for our ad - you will be require to provide a regular log. You will have to set up a gmail account for us to receive the replies – the aim eventually is to build this into a contact management system. This will be on a project by project basis i.e. each different area of business we chose to view will be considered a separate project. You are bidding on one of them. Depending on performance we may award you more.
