Banned from Google AdWords... Help!(repost) (1309564)

Our AdWords account has been banned by Google. They will not let us open up another account.. We have tried and they have banned that one as well. I am looking for someone who will allow us to advertise our site under YOUR Adwords account (or if you know away to get around the ban) or at least plea to Google to re-instate our account. We have 10 keywords that we need to market under your account.. We will pay for the cost per click, plus pay you a fee as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
