WANTED: Consultative Salesperson Extraordinaire!

Top-notch, experienced sales professional sought to provide a consultative "free demo" of our Testimonial Engine software ([url removed, login to view]).

Don't even apply unless you are the best and can prove it. Earn $50K if you're average, $80K if you're good, and $100K+ if you're great. This is in the reputation management industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old -- if you have the stuff, we'll know.

Will train someone who has everything we want to become a certified Reputation Consultant. Small base, but huge performance rewards to get you to $100K+ and beyond each year.

You MUST have:

1. Clean english accent

2. High speed internet

3. Quality USB headset (ideally Logitech or Plantronics)

4. Strong work ethic and drive to succeed (highly self-motivated)

5. Awesome at consultative selling (without being sleazy or salesy).

6. Terrific presenter and communicator, and a solid closer.

The role will involve teamwork with a full-time scheduler who will do all the outbound calling on your behalf, so all you have to do is show up to scheduled free demos and close sales. We will be providing your scheduler a steady stream of targeted lists (who will be receiving emails from us), so we only contact the warm leads who are interacting with our content.

Up until this point, I have been doing all the free demos and closing myself (so far I've closed 21 out of 27 demos -- 77% success rate). Now that the model and process is proven, we're looking to replicate it by building a sales team.

Each of our Reputation Consultants (aka "closers") will receive ongoing training and coaching and will be required to get 80% on a 100-question test in order to get certified. Once you are certified, you can begin conducting free demos with real prospects. Until then, all the practice will be done via role playing with your sales coach.

2) Six figure income potential. With one full-time appointment setter and 50% closing rate, you would be making $47 CAD/hr. With two full-time appointment setters and 50% closing rate, you would be making $53 CAD/hr.

3) You can work as little or as much as you want depending on your preference. Want the day off? Just block it off in your calendar and the appointment setter would not set any appointments for you at that time.
