We are looking to resource a Vendor that can work with a Client on setting up their SalesForce CRM. We are in the process of helping this Client set-up their Call Center; however, we do not possess direct experience with the SalesForce CRM. Specifically, we are looking for this individual to help the Client with the set-up and subsequent training once the set-up is complete so that they will be able to manage the process moving forward.
