Assistance with Setting up a Mail System

I am looking for someone that can help me get a mail server setup. If you can setup something like squirrelmail or horde, and setup the mail server system, and if you know custome tweaks that will insure mail delivery, spf tags, and anything else that would be great. We are looking for someone who will also be available to make sure their setup remains in tact. You can suggest what you want the server to be setup for, you can suggest the company, and please list out all software you need on the server before you start, and what you will be installing. Mail system can be qmail, xmail or something like this Platforms preferred are open webmail, squirrelmail, or horde If you use squirrelmail, we can buy a skin for it, and would like that to be installed to cover it up. NOTE: We set the budget how it is only because this system doesnt allow us to unspecify a better range. We have had a mail system setup before and know what type of quotes to expect. If you max out this budget range 9/10 times you wont be considered.
