Im looking for A Auto tweeting application to tweet out picture gradually over time. I want to add the text and the image set it to be tweeted and the minimized it to the taskbar and forget about it. Plus it should always keep track of when the last tweet will be sent out. With Full Source

50% Milestone would be being able to tweet out the picture with text. 100% milestone will include the tweets over time. Can be created to being at start-up as well as a few other ideas if you're interested in them. I have experience with using the Twitter API so that should be no problem.
