Create C# webapplication for Activity/Event management

I need to have build a C# webmodule that support our Umbraco website. The webmodule should make it possible for indivuals (Users) of the Umbraco CMS to login and schedule events/activities. This webapplication should have following functions: - Register option (Allow users to become a member of system) - Login / Forgot password - Profile management for Service provider (Update details about serviceprovider) - Activity / Event Types : Add new event (Creates new event tfor the userid. The new event can be a onetime event, or have more events) - Activity / Event Types : Edit existing event (Edit existing event) - Activity / Event Types: Delete Event (Deletes event created) - Activity / Event Types: Schedule times of event (If an event is more than one time) - Activities / Events management - List of all Activities and Events - Activities / Events management - Add new activity (Creates new event) - View bookings - show the bookings that has been completed within the CMS to the userID This projects needs to be done by people that can fully document how it is being build. This should also be seen as the first project of many, since we are building the complete project as a spiral project.
