Need to develop an Python script whatsApp with this capabilities . send bulk messages to whatsapp contacts which 1+ million daily. ability to import/export bulk .txt/.csv contain mobile numbers ability to filter active contact list with options ( no whatsapp- last seen ) ability to add/remove mobile numbers / IMEI , to send messages from . ability to customize send messages and customize how much message to be sent hourly and which numbers used to send the message from . ability to view recent activity and messages history

WhatsApp doesn't expose their API properly, so will need to use good number of hacks and tricks iam familiar with. I have prior experience with such a project on WhatsApp and I am well versed in python.
