Hi I need a simple soap server that can be connected with a username and password. and all the requests to be forwarded to another soap server ( a demo client is available ) and the response send back to the client. i need the project in fastest time(maximum 3 days) and you need to have enough skills in .NET and Soap.

I have enough experience in SOAP development (both server and client) to complete this your project. Authenticted headers will be used to implement authenticaton for SOAP server. My Understanding: You need a WCF service. Purpose of this service will be in such a way that whenever somebody tried to connects to this service, the request need user name and password. Please add/edit if I missed or misunderstood any point.

Hello, I have quite experience with SOAP integration projects, especially on Microsoft Windows platforms. So, if you consider to use IIS, I could be a choice. I'm proposing a WCF webservice, built with VS2012. You didnt specify the authentication mechanism you want: usernames and passwords from database, as embedded "resources" just for demo ? You want the authentication to be made by using the header of the SOAP message, or could be tags inside the SOAP message ? ... My estimate of 2 working days assumes that the messages exchanged have only a few tags and we are not talking about cascaded methods - if the SOAP exchange is more complex than that, an extra day could be a posibility.
