What I will ask is a detailed drawing of your plan together with the exact measurements. Any materials description or preference or sample would be very nice. I will then make a 3d drawing of model and send for your approval before any rendering is made. I have made 3d models and renders of various gaming venues (interior plan) here in the Philippines based only the clients verbal description giving me a free hand on the materials and layout but having actual specifications from the client will greatly result in a more accurate result.
