Interface Amazon Echo to our existing Cloud based sensor platform (published and proven API already exists). YOU MUST HAVE PROVEN AMAZON ECHO EXPERIENCE.
We manufacture IoT temperature and humidity sensors which transmit data directly to our Cloud. A user can Sign-In to their Cloud account using the web interface and get reports on the status of their sensors. Sensor device might be distributed around the globe. We want the user to be able issue commands to the Amazon Echo and get simple responses based on the status of the sensors.. For instance ..
"What is the temperature in the office?"
"What is the alarm level of my sensor in the garage?"
"Are any of my sensors in alarm?" etc..
You will need to develop the voice interface with the Amazon Echo (using the Amazon developer tools), and code an interface to our Cloud via our API to extract data and determine the appropriate voice response to the user.
