I've gone through the pdf you uploaded and understand you wish to use the e-book reader as a promotional and contact tool (correct me if I'm wrong) targeting the prime mobile platforms. The functionality itself isn't too complicated - at all - the time and cost indication is for achieving the same functionality and consistent looks on all platforms as well as going through all the hassle around publishing it on app store etc. Within the time frame and budget indicated we will: - analyse and agree exact features (although your pdf says it all - almost) - develop the applications using Apache Cordova (trying to make it as much multi-platform as possible) - publish the apps in their respective places (app store, ..) - provide sufficient documentation as we go - be available for continued work and maintenance as and when you require - we'll provide server-side functionality to push news (exclusive content) as well - perform server-side setup - provide induction on getting started with it and hold a demo session Please PM me to discuss any further details as well as I and my team of 2 developers are ready to get started with development within ~ 1 week. A small suggestion to you. Your idea is not concrete. develop some mock UIs. Even if it is on paper with pencil it is fine. then come back here and post a project with as much description as possible. Then you get a better quotes from professional freelancers like me than these bot scripted proposals.

hey, I understand and can get a concept of your application. I can provide you for all the platforms Android , Windows , iOS cost mentioned is for all three platforms $1500/ App

I would develop the app using Xamarin to lower the cost and make it easier to maintain. A little back-end could be done using Parse or Azure, so relevant data could be updated without releasing a new version of the app (like the links for buying the books), same provider could be use for push notifications. The eBook feature might be a little unnecessary, because: -there are already a lot of great apps to read books -users like to use those apps, they are familiar to them, and even if we create an awesome eBook reader, some people simply wont like it, and would be frustrated to not been able to read a book using some other app. -it would probably take a lot of time (and money), not only for the current development, but for future update and fixes due to unexpected bugs, os updates, etc.
