Build a Cyber Security platform

I am looking to build a cyber security platform that will offer an organization the ability to monitor organizational cyber security. The platform will be a minimally viable product. It will not include everything, but it should have a very modern GUI. This project will be shown to potential investors, and for that reason, looks is more important than functionality. (There are a total of 2 dashboards(Super Admin panel for monitoring all users, User home panel)) DATA VISUALIZATION IS VERY IMPORTANT, AND YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THE JAVASCRIPT D3. The software will use stripe for payment handling, and you should be familiar with setting up stripe and allowing users to manage subscriptions using the stripe API. The software should be capable of tracking user activity on multiple sites and the website will deal with authorization management and the system should have document management capability. I will discuss the project in further detail to select bidders. This software will run in the cloud, either Bluemix, Digital Ocean, or on the AWS. The desired languages are Python in the Flask framework with D3 on the front end for data visualization
