I have designed and built a prototype with SMD singly addressable LEDs (you can turn every LED on and off) on flexible PCB strips. 144 LEDs/meter, 28mm strip, cuttable in every LED, 5VDC I can share files, but there is not option to attach my work.

Hello, I specializing in developing trading software including FIX protocol / platform. I read your requirements and I can design the scripts. I propose an application (written in VB.NET or C#) that is fully configurable and can be run in batch-mode if required. It will login to your specified account download the trade and order data, convert to your specified text-file format and upload to your drop-box. It can also be configured to read from files on the disk and process and upload to dropbox or generate trading summary reports (PDF, Excel etc). *NOTE* - I prefer a lumpsum amount project instead of hourly project. This is advantageous because both parties know scope of the project and hence the amount can be decided upfront. In hourly projects if the project time goes above / below prescribed limits, it can cause billing issues. Thanks & Regards, Adi.
