I'm looking for someone to develop an iphone app which I have created a concept for, its a very simple app which just notifies people on your friends list that you "are thinking about them". The way friends works is the same as SnapChat, you can add them by ID and/or search through your contacts for people who already have the app installed. I have attached the relevant Documents. I will only consider proposals which show you have read my specification.
