Creating Game Launcher and Updater

Hello Everyone ; We want to make Game Launcher and Updater. It's normally simple . If there is new Launcher [login to view URL] will update [login to view URL] . If there is a new patch for game then Game Launcher will download and extract files to game folder. It needs to be secure system . Because many players will try to hack and not get the latest patches. Note : Please give good price so we can work with you on other games and for other projects. Game Launcher Requirements: The first and most important feature this game launcher is that; it should’nt require any .NET framework or any other software to be installed on the client system. Because our players can have legacy systems as they can have new systems too. The operation systems can be Windows XP, Vista, W 2000, Windows 7 or Windows 8, they can be 32 bit or 64 bits. The launcher should be able to run on all those systems without a problem. - The launcher application will launch the actual game file ( executable ) with certain parameters - The launcher will consist basically 3 windows, o The main window with some links to the game site plus a news area (html frame), launch button , server selection button , recommended server list o Windows list  The Login window where the player enters username and password and can select a link password forgotten and remember me (this will allow the player enter only  Server selection window where the player can select the active server Ini Files: Every time the launcher is started it will download some ini files from server and overwrite the local ini files. [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] Game update and version checking Function - The game has to make version check every time it starts, we will be providing a url with a xml file and the launcher is required to check the latest version from that xml file and compare it with the current version from a local xml file in case there is a new version it should be able to download the latest version and start the installer UPDATE PROCESS An XML file will be available on the server [login to view URL] The launcher will read the xml and will start comparing the md5 of file with the md5 data in the xml and find out which version is the current [login to view URL] , after it shows a dialog to make user update , it will download the zip file and extract it to the game folder and overwrite all the files. Launchers update process: When the launcher is started it will start another process which is responsible to check the launcher version and update is if necessary. The updater will check a xml file on server [login to view URL], if the launcher is updated and the players launcher is outdated it will the download the new launcher and overwrite over the launcher , after the launcher update it will ask the player to start the launcher again.
