I need to development a Android tv Device . It must have a cpu crotex A53 , 2 usb port 3.0 , 1 HDMI 1080p , 1 usb port OTG , WIFI , BLUETOOTH , 1 READER MICRO SD CARD , 1 Ethernet , ram Up to 4GB, DDR3/3L, LPDDR2/3 . It must be Multi-format 4K2K, H.264 and H.265 UHD hardware decoder .

Hello Mate! I am interested in the project you posted. Their are lot of interested people here and they have lot of different things so i dont know you will reply me or not or even read my post or not but i want to let you know that we do have around 245 apps, 119 games and about 190 web based sites and softwares. I am also a developer for arudino projects, and have experience with PCB layout, GPS and Bluetooth technologies. Regarding the task you described, I am confident I can finish it in minimum time.
