I have an Asterisk/FreePBX/A2Billing system in place that needs to be fine tuned to suit our needs. I need someone for day-to day troubleshooting, support, and security maintenance. I am looking for someone who understands how to fix problems with DTMF and international mobile calls where the recipient of the call is required to dial a number to accept the call. This person must speak English well and be available during the Eastern Standard Time hours.

Can you please give a more detailed description about your project because "to be fine tuned to suit our needs" is a bit vague. However, the day-to day troubleshooting, support, and security maintenance is not an issue but that is not included in my bid and would have to be arranged separately. The bid includes debugging and fixing the DTMF issue.
