Credit Card Payment Gateway needed for Joomla site....

Hello all - I need a simple payment gateway built for my website, www.grossmaninteractive.com. What I need is to set up two payment options, one is for a user to enter in their basic information and an amount to pay, and make a payment. The second option is for a user to setup a reoccuring payment ($30 a month, etc). I expect that I will typically be entering in these payments and CC#'s over the phone with the customers, but that is no problem. If the candidate could also recommend the best and cheapest payment gateway option for me (Paypal, [login to view URL], etc) that would be great. I will need you to setup my account with the service, or tell me how to do this as well. I would like this done in the next couple days if possible.
